ANAS employees held a number of meetings with Turkish technology parks to discuss bilateral and multilateral cooperation opportunities

Employees of ANAS High Technology Park (HTP) and Institute of Radiation Problems visited this country in order to study the experience of Turkish technology parks, discuss bilateral and multilateral cooperation, as well as the possibilities of implementing joint programs and projects. On this visit, the Institute of Radiation Problems of ANAS was represented by leading engineer Namig Heydarov.

The representatives participated in the meetings held at the "Cyberpark" of Ankara Bilkent University, the Technopark of the Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ Teknokentin), the Turkish Aviation and Space Industry Company (TUSAŞ), the Digital Transformation Office of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Turkey, and Nevshehir Hacı Bektash Veli University.

In the meetings, issues related to the organization of programs supporting the development of the application of scientific innovations in ANAS, activities in the direction of the construction of a technological park, and the establishment of an engineering office of TUSAS in Baku, as well as the involvement of Azerbaijani researchers and engineers in advanced training programs in Ankara, joint cooperation on "Digital Europe", "Horizon Europe" projects, improvement of education of Azerbaijani students in the field of computer engineering were discussed.

On July 20-21, a two-day training was held for representatives of ANAS at the Cappadocia Technopark operating under the Hacı Bektash Veli University, extensive presentations were made on the functioning mechanism of technoparks, technological transfer and commercialization processes, intellectual property, and academia-industry cooperation.
