The final meeting of the Republican Scientific-Technical Conference on “Radiological and Chemical Risks in the liberated territories”, dedicated to the “Year of Shusha”, was held.

At the final meeting held in the historical city of Shusha, which is considered the cradle of our culture, first, the dear memory of the martyrs who died for the territorial integrity of our country was commemorated with a minute of silence, the 44-day Victory Road of the Azerbaijani army, which made us proud with its glorious victories, and the history of the city of Shusha were discussed.

At the closing ceremony held in the famous Jidir Plain, opinions were exchanged on future research on the topics presented to the Conference, suggestions and opinions were voiced.

Later, the management and employees of the Institute of Radiation Problems, members of the Conference Organizing Committee, as well as representatives of the relevant state institutions participating in the event visited the historical Shusha Castle, the mausoleum of Molla Panah Vagif, and the home museum of Khurshidbanu Natevan.
