Associate Professor Famin Tahir oglu Salmanov, the leading researcher of the "Radiation Physics of Magnetoelectrics" laboratory of the Institute of Radiation Problems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was awarded the scientific degree of "Doctor of Physical Sciences" by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 17.01.2023.

Famin Salmanov, one of the young and talented scientists of the Institute, has always been an example to young people with his scientific and social activities, and also rendered important services in the promotion of Azerbaijani science.
