Arzu Alkhanova and Rauf Mammadov, who were majoring in "Physics Teaching" in their final year of study at Baku Engineering University, held a preliminary discussion of their final theses at the Institute of Radiation Problems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The graduation projects on "Study of superionic conductivity in TlGaSe₂ crystal" and "Impedance spectra of TlSe crystal in the radio frequency range" carried out in the "Radiation Physics of Magnetoelectrics" laboratory of the Institute under the supervision of Professor Rauf Sardarli, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, met with interest and provided answers to audience questions.

It should be mentioned that Arzu Alkhanova received a full scholarship and was accepted directly to North Carolina State University's doctoral program. She has a 99.1 GPA at BEU.
