The Institute of Radiation Problems has signed a cooperation agreement with Ege University

A Memorandum of Understanding on bilateral cooperation was signed between the Institute of Radiation Problems of the Ministry of Science and Education and the Ege University of Turkey.
The memorandum envisages the development of cooperation and academic and cultural relations between the parties. It is planned to continue research in radiation monitoring, radiation safety, nuclear physics, and other directions similar to the Institute of Radiation Problems at the Nuclear Research Institute operating under Ege University. In October 2022, 3 employees of the Institute of Radiation Problems gave a speech at the international conference on "Nuclear Sciences and Technologies" organized by the said institute in Gushadasi.
It should be noted that Ege University was founded on May 20, 1955, as the fourth university in Turkey. As an advanced and world-leading research university in Turkey, its mission is to meet regional, national, and universal needs in the fields of research and education and to train individuals who are committed to their basic values, professionally and culturally equipped, and open to development for the benefit of society. More than 55,000 bachelors and about 10,000 masters students study at the university.
