An event that dedicated to June 15 - National Salvation Day was held at the Institute of Radiation Problems of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). The event that was organized by the Women's Council and Trade Union of the Institute, was chaired by the Women's Council of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy Rena Mirzazade, MP, doctor of political sciences Ganira Pashayeva and the leaderships of the Women's Council of other scientific institutions and organizations of the Academy participated in this seminar.

The National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was first sounded at the event. Then the Director of the RPI, Corresponding Member of ANAS Professor Prof. Ogtay Samadov welcomed the guests and gave detailed information about the activities of the Institute, the results and international relations of the organization. O. Samadov congratulated the participants on the occasion of 15 June National Salvation Day and speak about the importance of that day.

Then the pupil Nargiz Zulfugarly sang the poem "Azerbaijan". Then MP, doctor of political sciences Ganira Pashayeva spoke about the history of June 15 - National Salvation Day and its importance for the Republic of Azerbaijan. In her speech, Pashayeva said that in 1993 the return of national leader Heydar Aliyev the call of the people of Azerbaijan has brought stability and security to our country and prosperity to our society. Pashayeva then spoke about Heydar Aliyev’s exemplary behavior and patriotism during his visits to foreign countries, and she witnessed as well as shared his memories of the ideology of Azerbaijanism and love for his country, which was promoted by the great leader during those visits. At the end of her speech she congratulated our people on June 15 - National Salvation Day and called on every Azerbaijani citizen to work diligently for the future development and successful future of our country.

Then the deputy director of scientific work of RPI, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, associate professor, chairman of the Women's Council of the Institute Ravan Mehdiyeva spoke about Heydar Aliyev's attention and care for the development of science in our country and the social welfare for our scientists exceptional services by national leader Heydar Aliyev the founder of independent Azerbaijan Republic. At the end of her speech, Mehdiyeva said that the reforms that carried out in all spheres of life of by the great leader are a reality of today’s prosperous Azerbaijan. His irreplaceable personal qualities and his tireless work for Azerbaijan are an integral part of our history.

Speaking at the event, head of the Education Department of the RPI, doctor of physics Amina Mikayilova and doctorant of the Institute Fargan Asadov spoke about with the demand of the people for returning Heydar Aliev to authority in 1993 began to re-educate young scholars, provide them with care and status in women and society. They also said that important work was being done to increase their role, to secure their rights and interests, to increase their physical, spiritual and intellectual potential, respect and attention, and to protect their families, women and children.

In conclusion, the chairman of the ANAS Women's Council, Doctor of Philosophy Rena Mirzazade congratulated the participants on the occasion of June 15 - National Salvation Day and emphasized the importance of increasing the regularity of such events, as well as increasing the activity of the Council and its social activity.
