The next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Radiation Problems of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) was held.

Professor Ogtay Samadov, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Director of the Institute introduced agenda items to the meeting participants.

At the meeting, issues that related to the certification of undergraduates at the Institute of Radiation Problems, discussion of scientific topics for the post-doctoral and dissertation positions in the Institute in 2019, as well as programs for minimum doctoral examinations were discussed.

Then there was a wide discussion on the issues that related to the semiannual reports on the IRP of the ANAS for the year 2019 and the plan of actions related to the 75th anniversary of ANAS.

Later, the IRP and the Institute for Archeology and Ethnography discussed joint research topics and discussed articles that were published.
