The leading scientist of the Institute of Radiation Problems of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), Doctor of Physical Sciences, Docent Matanat Mehrabova participated in the international conference in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation.

M. Mehrabova made a report and poster presentation at the International Conference "Mechanisms for the formation and cultivation of crystals, nonlinear problems and thin layers", organized at the St. Petersburg Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The scientist's report "The effect of γ-radiation permeability and dielectric penetration of CdFeTe semiconductors on temperature dependence" and poster presentation on "Optical properties of the CdMnSe epitaxial layers" was welcomed with great interest by the conference participants.

At the conference, M. Mehrabova held extensive discussions with scientists from a number of well-known scientific centers about the plans of scientific activity.
