The next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Radiation Problems of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) was held.

Director of the Institute, Corresponding Member of ANAS, Professor Ogtay Samadov, delivered agenda items with introducery speech to the participants of the meeting.

The issue of announcing competition for transfer of junior scientific workers and researchers to the positions of junior scientific workers and researchers was paid attention at the meeting.

Then change of the topic of the master's thesis and the scientific supervisor of the 2019 graduate student of the Institute of Radiation Problems of ANAS Ayten Garayeva, Changing the theme and specialty of the thesis of dissertant of the institute Agshin Abishov “Development of ways to increase the efficiency of silicon (Si) photovoltaic modules” in “Electrotechnical systems and complexes” and also the appointment of second scientific supervisor to junior scientific worker of “Radiobiology” Laboratory Narmin Guliyeva’s dissertation work issues were discussed.

At the end of the meeting there was a wide exchange of views on the important results of the Institute for 2019.
