Food assistance was provided to low-income employees of the Institute of Radiation Problems
Joint Trade Union Committee of ANAS and the Trade Union of the Institute of Radiation Problems provided food assistance to needy low-income employees during the coronavirus pandemic.
The event was attended by the chairman of the military-industrial complex, doctor of legal sciences, professor Habil Gurbanov, director of the IRP, corresponding member of ANAS Ogtay Samadov, chairman of the institute’s trade union PhD in Physical-mathematical sciences, associate professor Amina Mikayilova and others.
H. Gurbanov brought to the attention that over the past period, the Joint Trade Union Committee held measures to raise awareness of employees about the coronavirus and distributed food aid kits to low-income families. He emphasized the need to comply with the requirements and recommendations of the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers in order to protect against COVID-19.
Next, food packages were distributed to 75 employees of the scientific institution.
