     Head of the department in the IRP of ANAS, team leader, PhD in Physics, docent Matanat Mehrabova got an invitation to participate at "Global 1000", "RIW-2013" conferences, round-table discussions and seminars in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Boston and Washington cities of the US on September 15-27, 2013. In those meetings held with the participation of well-known US and Russia investors, business angels, managers of venture capital funds and other funds, the US State Department representative and "start-up" companies, Matanat Mehrabova gave comprehensive information about the carried out works in the IRP of ANAS, innovation works in Azerbaijan, "start-up" companies and venture capital funds in Azerbaijan, made report on the technology she has been working on and presented the results to US investors and mentors. M.Mahrabova was at Google’s office in Silicon Valley and became familiar with the newest achievements of the office and working condition. She also was at campuses of Harvard University and Massachusetts Technical Institute of Boston and became familiar with carried out scientific works and laboratories of the institutes. M.Mahrabova was in the office of CRDF and participated at the round-table discussions with CRDF director, the representative of US State Department, the representative of Russia Embassy in the US, number of mentors and collaborators of CRDF, heads of start-up companies from Azerbaijan, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan.
     Reports and offers presented by M.Mahrabova were greeted with interest and she got number of suggestions of joint partnership.
