Leading researcher of the laboratory "Radiation physics of Disordered Solids" of the Institute of Radiation Problems of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), Doctor of Physics, Associate Professor Matanat Mehrabova took part in the international event.

At the 19^th International Seminar "New Approaches to High Technologies: Nano-Design, Technology, Computer Simulations" held online in Minsk, Belarus, the scientist's report on "Calculation of the electronic zone structure of CdMnS semi-magnetic semiconductors from the basic principles" was met with interest.

At the end, the questions of the participants were answered and views on future joint work proposals were exchanged.

It should be noted that Matanat Mehrabova was elected a member of the program committee of the congress, and the report presented at the seminar was accepted for publication in the Belarusian magazine "Doklady BGUIR" in December.
