During the quarantine regime, which was introduced in the country in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, ANAS Institute of Radiation Problems continue their activities in conditions of social isolation.

Scientists at the Laboratory of Radiochemistry have summarized the results of numerous experiments they conducted in 2019 and early this year, substantiated them based on scientific calculations, and presented them at international scientific online conferences.

Along with this, 2 young scientists seconded to the city of Dubna of the Russian Federation also continue their research activities remotely. For 4 months of this year, 11 scientific papers by scientists of the institute were published in periodical scientific publications of various countries.

According to the results of scientific research conducted by the head Laboratory of Radiochemistry, Doctor of Chemical Sciences Khagani Mammadov, five scientific papers were published. He is invited as a speaker to the international scientific conference "Online Meeting on Petroleum Engineering", which will soon be held in the US online.
