The Hungarian Institute of Nuclear Research and the Institute of Radiation Problems signed a cooperative agreement

On October 27, Ph.D. in physical sciences, Associate Professor F. Ahmadov, who is the head of the "Innovative ionizing radiation detectors laboratory," paid a visit to the Nuclear Research Institute of Hungary. Orkhan Rasulov, the leader of the IMF group, and Ujvári Balázs, PhD, the leader of the CERN group, met with Prof. Zsolt Dombradi, the director of the Nuclear Research Institute, during the visit. Hungarian Institute of Nuclear Research and Institute of Radiation Problems inked a cooperation agreement for 5 years. The application of photodiodes created by staff members of the "Innovative ionizing radiation detectors" laboratory in high-energy physics, the investigation of photodiodes' radiation resistance, and the development of joint international projects were the primary goals of the signed agreement.
