On November 28, 2023, the next scientific seminar was held at the Institute of Radiation Problems of the Ministry of Science and Education. At the seminar, Orujova Khayala, a doctorate student of the Institute, gave a speech on the topic "Effect of ionizing radiation on the dielectric and electrical properties of TlIn_1-xC_xS₂ crystals."

Khayala Orujova addressed questions regarding different scientific research methods, the theoretical underpinnings of the measurements, and the obtained results during the seminar attended by scientists working in this field of study. The doctorate was informed about the need for more thorough and detailed analyses in future gamma radiation research, and recommendations were made.
