A scientific seminar entitled "Artificial intelligence: scientific basis and rules of use" was arranged by the Council of Young Scientists and Experts at the Institute of Radiation Problems (RPI) of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Speaking at the seminar, Gulchin Abdullayeva, an employee of the Institute of Management Systems, Ph.D. in mathematics, and associate professor, spoke about the history of the creation and development of artificial intelligence, as well as the possibilities of its application in various fields of science and the rules of effective use.

It should be mentioned that the attendees of the aforementioned seminar showed a great deal of curiosity, and the speaker addressed a number of questions about the subject.
