In the summer examinations of masters for the 2017/2018 academic year at the Institute of Radiation Problems of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) examinations for the specialty "Radiation Materials Science" began. It should be noted that masters will pass a total of 4 subjects in the session. The first exam of the session was held on June 4 of the current year on the subject "Radiation physics of segnetoelectrics". The next exams will be held on June 7th “On Dosimetric devices, Radiation effects on semiconductor devices”, On June 27, "Radiation Physics of Semiconductors" and “Methods for Measuring and Programming Parameters of Solid Parameters” on July 2.
