Joint Scientific Seminar of Laboratories was held

At the Institute of Radiation Problems of the National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) was held Joint Scientific Seminar of Laboratories. At the seminar, the junior researcher of the laboratory of “Radiation Physics of Semiconductors”, doctorate of the Institute, Fargan Asadov spoke extensively on the topic of "Surface processes in GaS and GaS: Yb mono-crystals irradiated with gamma quants".

At the seminar was held a preliminary discussion of the dissertation work of Fargan Asadov for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty of "Radiation Materials" and the author answered the questions of the audience.
