The employee of the Institute participated in an international meeting that was held by AEBA
The head of the International Relations Department of the Institute of Radiation Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, PhD in Physical and Mathematical Sciences Ibrahim Gabulov took place in the International Meeting on "Nuclear Safety Training" held by the International Atomic Energy Agency (AEBA).
At the meeting which was held in Vienna, Austria, and devoted to discuss the implementation of modern requirements for nuclear security and physical protection, AEBA experts and leading experts in this field - Pakistan, China, Canada, Russia and others. In total, 55 delegates from 30 countries participated.
During the meeting, the experts informed participants about the work that carried out in the field of implementation of modern requirements for nuclear safety and physical protection and answered their questions, which interested them. At the meeting, I.Gabulov informed the participants about the work that carried out in the field of strengthening security in Azerbaijan.
At the meeting, members discussed proposals for future cooperation with AEBA in the field of security, and recommendations were introduced to the secretariat of the meeting.
