       Head of the department of the Institute of Radiation Problems, PhD in physics, associate professor Matanat Mehrabova delivered a report “Electrophysical properties of semimagnetic semiconductors CdMnTe and defect formation energy in different charge states” as an invited speaker in Photonics Prague 2014 International Conference held in 27-29.08.2014 in Prague, Czech Republic. M.Mehrabova’s report was met with great interest in the international conference with the participation of 22 countries and all the questions given by the participants were answered. Discussions were held with the chairman of the conference prof. Pavel Tomanek, plenary speaker prof. I.M.Dharmadasa, prof. Ronald I. Lachmayer, prof. M.P.Mikhailova, Dr. D.Senderakova, Dr. H.Stresse and other scientists and future joint work plans were discussed. The participation in the conference was held with the support of STCU.
