The next meeting of Scientific Council was held at the Institute of Radiation Problems of ANAS.

Director of the Institute, Corresponding Member of ANAS Professor Prof. Ogtay Samadov sincerely congratulated the staff of the Institute on the forthcoming December 31 - World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day, as well as the New Year and wished them success in their future lives and activities. O.Samadov brought the agenda issues to the attention of meeting participants.

First of all the attestation of doctorates and dissertants for 2019 was held at the Institute of Radiation Problems. Then the issue of preparing new test bank for specialites was discussed at the meeting.

At the meeting of the Scientific Council the issues of holding new elections in connection with the expiration of the term of office of the Deputy Director of Scientific Affairs and Scientific Secretary of the Institute, as well as discussions on holding vacancies for the vacant position of the head of the Laboratory No. 16 "Innovative ionizing radiation receivers" were discussed.

At the end of the meeting the exchange of views on the Scientific Research Plans of the Institute for 2020 and the articles that submitted for publication were discussed.
