An entrance exam for doctoral studies on the preparation of a doctor of philosophy was held at the Institute of Radiation Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan.

The exam was held for the 2019/2020 academic year on the subject “General Physics” in the specialty “Radiation Materials Science” and in the speciality “Radioecology” in the subject of “Ecology” which was attended by 5 people.

The exam, which was attended by the head of the Department of Science and Education of the Presidium of ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy in Economics Fail Kazimov, and the deputy head of the department, Vugar Hagverdiyev, was over successfully.

The commission has been set up to conduct the exam at the Institute. The chairman of the commission is the director of the institute, corresponding member of ANAS, professor Ogtay Samadov, the members of the commission are doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor Rahim Madatov, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor Nizami Mehdiyev, doctor of biological sciences, professor Elimkhan Jafarov, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor Rovshan Khalilov.
